Aimed at first time home buyers, these 1600 sq. ft. homes feature sleek, modern kitchens, three bedrooms, two baths, and beautifully landscaped yards.
They meet a variety of high environmental standards, including Energy Star, Water Sense, and Indoor Air Quality Plus. Best of all, they are Zero Energy Ready certified. This means they are minimum of 40-50% more energy efficient than a typical home, and solar-energy ready. If homeowners elect to install solar panels, they can generate enough power to be net-zero energy homes.
Within one month of completion, all nine homes were sold!
