This Baltimore commercial renovation turned the former Westinghouse Motor Co. building into a modern industrial-style office space for Keller Williams Legacy Metropolitan. UrbanBuilt added a Mezzanine structure to create additional offices. Polished concrete floors and exposed steel and roof structure helped preserve the building's industrial history. Even the original overhead cranes were preserved to give the space a unique, historic feel with a modern edge.
