A Look Inside the Project

• Delivered a 50,000-square-foot ground-up mixed-use development, blending 30 luxury residences with 9,000 square feet of modern office space and 8,000 square feet of hospitality-driven retail 
• Built out boutique residential units with elevated finishes throughout, including custom closet systems, hypo-allergenic LVT flooring, European glass wall and window systems, and high-efficiency HVAC with individual unit controls 
• Constructed a high-security, controlled-access residential experience featuring dual high-speed elevators, beautifully finished lobbies and corridors, reserved on-site parking, and an outdoor pocket park 
• Executed commercial buildouts on multiple levels for a branded fitness center, a one-of-a-kind dual-concept breakfast, lunch, and cocktail lounge restaurant, and penthouse offices 
• UrbanBuilt’s management team coordinated the full scope of construction across residential, office, and hospitality uses—balancing structural, mechanical, and finish work. Self-performing teams completed framing, fireproofing, paint and drywall repairs, flat trim, cabinetry and door installations. Self-performing teams also fabricated and installed custom millwork for the main lobby, corridors and for the single bedroom unit closet systems.
