Completely removed and replaced all MEP systems as well as all partition and demising walls to create a totally new layout
Residences were completed with high end finishes such as custom cabinetry, millwork, flat trim work, beautiful floor and spectacular lighting.
Self-performing teams installed doors and flat trim, assisted in jobsite cleanliness and final punchout.
