A Look Inside the Project

  • Completed a full gut demolition and reconstruction of an old restaurant (dual-concept venue, separated by shared restrooms and corridors)
  • Built two fully customized bar areas (each with distinct finishes and layouts to match the unique branding and atmosphere of Wayward Smokehouse and The Curious Oyster)
  • Constructed a mezzanine level to serve as a flexible event space with seating and bar service
  • Coordinated to meet the redevelopment needs of two restaurant concepts while maintaining individual identities
  • Our self-performing team completed framing, acoustic ceilings, FRP, and the installation and sealing of all exterior cladding

“We have completed many projects with UrbanBuilt and have found them to be very professional. Their success starts with their people, culture, and understanding of the importance of a team approach. It is a pleasure to work with UrbanBuilt, and we have no hesitation in recommending them for future projects.”
