A Look Inside the Project

• Demolished the former historic diner space down to a shell, leaving two exterior brick wall facades
• Completed a full structural rebuild (new foundations and framing)
• Installed new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Included site development (new sidewalks, street widening, curb installation, bike path, hardscaping, and landscaping)
• Our pre-construction team worked closely with the client during lease negotiations and the design process, providing full pre-construction services (budgeting, design review, and planning)
• Self-performing team completed all framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, tiling, painting, and finish carpentry work throughout the space
