Announcing the Launch of our NEW website

 

 

We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website! The new website is designed to be more user friendly especially from mobile devices such as phones and tablets. Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors a more convenient way to learn about UrbanBuilt. The new design is more interactive and gives better access to information about our company’s history, portfolio and services. We hope you enjoy the fresh, new design!

Update: Domino’s Alexandria

We are a couple weeks away from finishing the renovation of our newest Domino’s project in Alexandria, VA. The Make up Air unit is being lifted up on the roof today and then UrbanBuilt will work hard at all the finishing touches for this new Pizza Theater.

Bonchon – Owingsmills, MD – Awarded to UrbanBuilt

UrbanBuilt is excited to announce, that it has been awarded a Bonchon located in Owingsmills, MD! This will be our first tenant fit out for Bonchon, a fast, casual Korean Fried chicken restaurant chain. This franchise came to the US in 2006 and now has 200 stores worldwide, including 5 countries in Asia. UrbanBuilt hopes to build more relationships with future Bonchon owners. Meet The Team – Amy Sicard

UrbanBuilt would like to introduce its new Estimating Assistant, Amy Sicard. Amy will be assisting our estimating department in the solicitation of subcontractor bids, distribution of plans to qualified bidders, data entry of the proposals and has taken over our Vendor data base to make sure we stay organized and proactive in the extremely busy months to follow. With Amy being so detailed oriented and well organized we know she will be a great asset to the team. We look forward to seeing her growth with UrbanBuilt.

Update: MidiCi- White Marsh

UrbanBuilt is working hard at the new MidiCi in White Marsh. Plumbing ground works have been completed and a new slab has been poured. Stay tuned for more updates on MidiCi’s in the weeks to come…
