UrbanBuilt is currently constructing the new Local Oyster restaurant in Locust Point, Baltimore. The project involves taking down all but two exterior masonry walls of the former Rallo’s Restaurant, with great attention to both walls and foundation stability, before building up and creating additional space both on the ground level, and greatly expanding the second floor to accommodate another bar and additional dining areas.
