Position Summary: Manage the construction process of projects, including supervision of in-house labor, subcontractors and vendors; organize project schedules; interact with inspectors and clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise in-house field crews
  • Schedule provided crews and vendors
  • Project quality control
  • Perform onsite safety inspections and maintain a safe onsite work environment
  • Maintain control and reporting of construction contract budgets
  • Work with clients on production progress, open issues, change orders and materials selections
  • Build relationships with inspectors to foster production
  • Maintain and build high quality relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Daily communications with Production Manager
  • Hands-on carpentry work from time to time to help complete projects by deadline or perform service
Skills/Qualification Requirements:
  • Ability to manage a team, work well with others and adhere to management directives
  • Strong skills in organizing job sites, following production schedules to meet strict deadlines, and communication a MUST
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in construction project supervision for projects above $100,000
  • Hands-on experience in construction
  • Must have strong communications skills, be well spoken, and present professionally

Compensation: Salary starting at $65k depending on experience. Truck allowance and mileage reimbursement provided. Competitive benefits package including 401k and health insurance also included.

Position Summary: Carpenter needed for commercial work in the Baltimore and surrounding areas; framing, hanging drywall, drop ceilings, miscellaneous carpentry, high end trim, mill work and finish carpentry.
Responsibilities:
  • Use tools to prepare, join, and construct materials for upcoming projects
  • Communicate daily with several Production Supervisors
  • Engage in some heavy lifting, framing, trim work, drywall and other activities.
Skills/Qualification Requirements:
  • Must have knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of the residential or commercial structure
  • Must be able to determine the tools and equipment needed to complete a job
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have strong communications skills, be well spoken, and present professionally
  • Must provide your own tools.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with a potential for overtime.
Position Summary: Aid the Project Manager in successfully planning, staffing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating residential and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Buyout
  • Preparation and updates of Project Schedules
  • Preparation and tracking of submittals
  • Preparation and dissemination of weekly project progress reports
  • Work with clients on production progress, open issues, change orders, and materials selections
  • Preparation and tracking of Change Orders (Client and Subcontract)
  • Assistance in oversight of project quality control
  • Control and oversight of project budgets.
Skills/Qualification Requirements:
  • A minimum of an Associate’s Degree, preferably in construction management or a business concentration
  • 3-5 years experience in construction project supervision and/or management for commercial and residential projects above $200,000 in value
  • Ability to manage a team, work well with others, and adhere to management directives
  • Strong skills in organizing, planning, and implementing project controls to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, including speaking and writing professionally
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use all programs in Microsoft Office

Compensation: Salary up to $50k commensurate with experience; full benefits package including vacation and sick leave, health benefits, and 401k employer match program

Position Summary: Provide accounts payable support.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of receipts into company software program
  • Prepare vendor checks for mailing
  • Process incoming mail
  • Track sales & use tax receipts on spreadsheets, retaining copies as documents support; submit payments as necessary
Office Administration Responsibilities:
  • File office paperwork
  • Maintaining miscellaneous spreadsheets
  • Handle a multi-line phone system
Skills/Qualification Requirements:
  • Residing within Baltimore or surrounding area
  • Ability to adhere to management directives
  • Strong skills in organization and multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
  • Strong communications skills, including speaking, writing and presenting professionally.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience; health, 401k, vacation benefits included.

Position Summary: Project and control construction costs by collecting and studying information and assembling into presentation format for sales proposals and bids.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation provided to prepare vendor bid packages, materials estimates, and labor estimates
  • Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by providing vendor bid packages which specify materials; identify qualified subcontractors; negotiate pricing
  • Consult with sales team, production team, clients, engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors in collecting information for bidding and for ongoing projects
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships and subcontractor pool
  • Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops
  • Maintain cost keys and price masters by updating information
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze information, develop budgets, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Strong skills in reporting, documenting, and team work are a MUST
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management or estimating for residential and commercial projects above $300,000 in value
  • A minimum of an associates degree, with a bachelor's preferred
  • Must have strong communications skills, be well spoken, and present professionally.

Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $75k dependent upon experience, with opportunity to earn bonuses; full benefits package including vacation and sick leave, health benefits, and 401k employer match program.
