UrbanBuilt Awarded – MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company

MidiCi's

UrbanBuilt is excited to announce that we’ve been awarded the build out for the new MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company, located at The Avenues at in Baltimore, MD. This will be the first of many MidiCi’s to come to the East Coast. MidiCi believes “a meal is about taste, flavors and colors, but it is also, and if not more, about the people, the conversations and the laughter” MidiCi serves Neapolitan Pizza, the way Italian’s invented it 300 years ago. This build out is sure to be unique with “The Heart”, which is the central structure that houses the ovens, the wood fire ovens that cooks the pizzas in 90 seconds, and the Black Olive tree that is rooted inside of the restaurant for quite the dramatic touch. Construction should start within the next couple weeks so be sure to check back in to see this New Restaurant come Alive!!

Xfinity – White Box

UrbanBuilt is currently taking a space at The Rotunda in Baltimore, MD and restoring it to a “white box”. In most cases, a white box consist of very basic heating/cooling, electrical wiring, plumbing, fire suppression/fire alarm system, concrete slab, framing and drywall. Though the finished project may seem like the bare minimum, the process behind achieving this is far from it. UrbanBuilt is working hard  to make sure the space is up to code and ready for the interior build out and the future Xfinity location.
