New construction of the Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in Towson Square is complete and it is ready for business! Towson Square is the perfect location for a Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt as it is surrounded by great restaurants to eat at, it is next to an awesome new movie theatre and it is located in a brand new building. This is the 19th restaurant construction project that UrbanBuilt has completed for Menchie’s as our two companies continue to grow together and have a strong, long-lasting relationship.

This past Saturday was the Highlandtown Exchange Club toy drive that UrbanBuilt supported with a toy drive of our very own. After gathering over $6,000 worth of toys from donations and our GoFundMe page, we brought all of the gifts to the Exchange Club toy drive where everyone was beyond thrilled! None of us expected to raise so much money and get so many toys for the children of Baltimore. This is a huge accomplishment for UrbanBuilt and, because of the success of this toy drive, we plan to continue to host community fund raisers every year.

Last week UrbanBuilt received the Finalist Torch Award for Marketplace Excellence by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Greater Maryland! The Torch Award is presented to companies that demonstrate commitment to high ethical standards in management practices, customer relations, and many more areas of business. Jason Watts, the Managing Partner of Sales & Operations, attended the ceremony where the BBB interviewed him to learn more about UrbanBuilt and what this award means to the Company. This is a monumental accomplishment as it provides proof of all of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at UrbanBuilt.
